Emma Baum

The Gary Police Department is asking for the public’s help in locating Emma Baum, a 25-year-old pregnant woman who has been missing since October 10, 2024. Emma was last seen at her boyfriend’s home on the 2500 block of Connecticut Street in Gary, Indiana. Her family reported that Emma was nine months pregnant when she disappeared, and they do not believe the boyfriend’s claim that she left the house voluntarily.
Emma is described as:
• 5 feet, 3 inches tall
• 135 pounds
• Brunette (known to wear wigs and different hairpieces)
• Several scars on her arms and multiple tattoos
Her boyfriend is currently in custody on a failure to appear warrant for an unrelated charge. He has been questioned but has not been charged in connection with Emma’s disappearance.
