• Last seen wearing: Sleeveless dark blue denim dress with an attached belt, orange Hanes brand underwear, and a flower earring (right ear) with a red garnet stone in the middle.
LeeAnna was last seen walking barefoot from her friend’s house, which was only a block and a half from her home. She had gone to play at 4:30 p.m., but when no one was home at her friend’s residence, she was spotted walking between 5:00 and 5:15 p.m. on Southwest Second or Third Street in Chisholm, Minnesota.
Her mother, Kaelin Warner, began searching for her at 5:30 p.m. When no one could locate her, police were contacted around 8:40-9:00 p.m. Despite extensive searches involving helicopters and tracker dogs, LeeAnna has never been found. Authorities suspect she may have been abducted, as her scent was traced to the roadside but disappeared after that.
A few persons of interest were noted around the time of her disappearance, including a man in his mid-thirties and two vehicles seen in the area. However, no leads have materialized from these sightings.
Her family continues to believe LeeAnna could still be alive. The sisters now rely on new technologies like DNA testing, hoping to uncover any possible leads.
