Rusty Lee Meye was possibly last seen at 4pm on 10/11/2020 in the 6300 block of 69th Street. However the last confirmed call made by Rusty from his cell phone to friends/family was at 4:04am on 10/5/2020 when he left a voicemail. Rusty is 5'9" and 164lbs with light brown hair and hazel eyes. He has a tattoo on his right upper arm of a lion and on his right upper back of an American flag with an eagle. He was physically disabled due to a left foot injury. He walked with a cane and had to wear shoes for foot support and wears glasses. Rusty was unable to climb stairs or walk long distances It is extremely out of character for him to not be in touch with his family on a regular basis.
